Lena Düpont is from Gifhorn. She has a degree in Political Science, a degree in Christian Journalism and an MBA in Public Affairs & Leadership. From 2009 to 2011, she was a parliamentary assistant and head of office in the European Parliament, before moving to Berlin to work in the German Bundestag. There, she worked as a parliamentary assistant for different Members of Parliament (MPs). She then worked as a consultant for EU affairs and federal politics for the German Travel Association based in Berlin. After maternal leave, she returned to her hometown to work as an assistant for the local MP, before becoming an editor for the City Magazine in 2018.
