Born on April 12 1976 in France, Mr Didier holds degrees in political sciences, law and business. He graduated from Sciences Po Paris, the ESSEC Business School and obtained a postgraduate degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He then spent 4 years in the United States where he obtained a Master of Laws from Columbia University in New York and a scholarship from Harvard University. Mr Didier is a Member of the Paris and New York Bars. He worked from 2002 to 2004 as an Associate in the New York office of the Skadden law firm. Geoffroy Didier started his political career in France in 2005, collaborating in different ministerial offices until 2012. In 2010, he was elected Councillor of the Paris Region. In December 2015, he became Vice-President of the Paris Region, in charge of housing and urban development. He was also designated National Secretary in charge of housing by the Les Républicains Party. A year later, he was also elected Chairman of EPFIF, the country’s public agency for the Paris Region, to drive the investment of €2 billion over the next 5 years. In 2017, he expanded his role and became Vice-President of the Paris Region in charge of allure, housing and urban development. He is also the current General Secretary of Les Républicains.
