A single travel ticket for all transport

The European Parliament´s Transport and Tourism Committee has approved legislation mandating single ticketing across Europe for travel involving different modes of transport. EPP Group rapporteur Dieter-Lebrecht Koch says he hopes it will persuade more people to leave their cars at home and take public transport to fight congestion and air pollution.
