Born in 1979 in today's Czechia, Tomáš Zdechovský is an expert on media communication. He has worked as a crisis media advisor, consultant, analyst and journalist. An active reservist in the Army of the Czech Republic, Tomáš Zdechovský holds the rank of First Lieutenant.
He obtained two Master's Degrees from the Theological Faculty at the University in České Budějovice and a Bachelor's Degree from the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome. He also obtained a Master's Degree in Media Studies and Journalism from the Masaryk University in Brno and an MBA in Marketing Communications from the Moravian Academy.
MEP since 2014.
