Lawyer/ Manager of the health public sector.1988/1991 - Manager of the Veneto Region (public health sector).  1992/2001- Manager of the Sicilia Region (public health sector).2001/2005 - Administrative Director of the ASL of Agrigento (public health service).2005/2009 - General Director of the ASL of Palermo (public health service).  1997/2001 - Public Councillor of the City Hall of Agrigento. 2008/2009 - Vice President ANCI Sicilia (public health sector). MEP since 2009.
