Born in 1975. Rollingergrund/ Muhlenbach. Lawyer. CSV Head of Delegation. Finished secondary school 1994 at the College in Diekirch. He then studied law in Brussels and Metz and acquired a degree in private law. From December 1999 until June 2001 he was a personal adviser to Jacques Santer MEP and served at the same time as a Parliamentary adviser for the CSV-Group. In June 2001 he was elected Group Secretary. During his studies, he was President of the "Luxembourg General Youth Conference", President of the "European Federation of Christian Democrat Students" and Vice President of the "Sudent's Association of the European People's Party". After his studies, he also actively contributed to the creation of "Codex", a legal and political monthly magazine. He is a Member of the National Committee in the CSV's Executive Committee. Honorary Armenian Consul in Luxembourg since 2006. MEP since 2009.
