As Europe faces its most challenging period since the EU came into being, the EPP Group has marked Europe Day with a cal to renew the continents unity and values to overcome these difficult times. MEPs also approved new caps on charges that mobile operators can charge for data downloads abroad; spending by EU institutions and agencies; and a more concerted effort as part of the international fight against piracy.
