We have a goal: Encouraging more women and girls to pursue STEM careers!

Women make up 52% of the European population, yet only account for 2 out of 5 scientists and engineers.

To solve the challenges of Women and Girls in Science we have to listen to them and work on policies to help close the STEM gender gap. This action could create an additional 1.2 million jobs, and improve EU GDP by €610 -€820 billion by 2050, according to the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE).
